Marking Tasks Complete

From Task List

  1. Go to Tasks page
  2. Find the task
  3. Click checkbox or "Complete" button
  4. Task marked as done
  5. Moves to completed section

From Task Details

  1. Open task
  2. Find "Mark Complete" button
  3. Click to complete
  4. Task status updated
  5. Shows as completed

Quick Complete

  • Checkbox in task list
  • Quick toggle
  • Fast completion
  • Easy workflow

Completed Tasks

Viewing Completed

Completed tasks:

  • Marked with checkmark
  • Shown in completed section
  • Still visible for reference
  • Can be reopened if needed

Task Status

Task statuses:

  • To Do - Not started
  • In Progress - Working on it
  • Completed - Done
  • Cancelled - No longer needed

Reopening Tasks

Undo Completion

If completed by mistake:

  1. Find completed task
  2. Click checkbox again
  3. Or click "Reopen"
  4. Task back to active
  5. Status updated
