Create customized pipeline views to organize and filter your leads exactly how you need them.

Overview

Custom views allow you to:

  • Filter leads by criteria
  • Organize your pipeline
  • Save favorite views

Creating Custom Views

Step 1: Access View Settings

  1. Go to Pipeline view
  2. Find "Views" or "Custom Views" option
  3. Click to open view manager
  4. See existing views

Step 2: Create New View

  1. Click "New View" or "Create View"
  2. Enter view name
  3. Set view criteria
  4. Configure filters
  5. Save view

Step 3: Configure Filters

Set what leads to show:

  • Status - Specific pipeline stages
  • Assigned To - Team members
  • Date Range - Created or updated dates
