Learn about your subscription plan's limits, how to monitor usage, and what happens when you approach or exceed limits.

Overview

Each subscription plan has specific limits:

  • Leads - Maximum number of leads
  • Trips - Maximum number of trips
  • Storage - File storage space
  • Team Members - Number of team members
  • Features - Available features

Understanding Your Limits

Trial Plan Limits

Duration: 14 days

  • Leads: 50 leads
  • Trips: 50 trips
  • Storage: 5 MB
  • Team Members: 1 (solo only)
  • Features: Basic CRM features
  • AI Suggestions: Not available

Agent Plan Limits

Price: $10/month

  • Leads: Unlimited
  • Trips: Unlimited
  • Storage: 50 MB
  • Team Members: 1 (solo only)
  • Features: Full CRM features
  • AI Suggestions: Available

Team Plan Limits

Price: $30/month

  • Leads: Unlimited
  • Trips: Unlimited
  • Storage: 50 MB
  • Team Members: Up to 5 members
  • Features: Full CRM + Team features

Enterprise Plan Limits

Price: Custom pricing

  • Leads: Unlimited
  • Trips: Unlimited

Monitoring Usage

Viewing Current Usage

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Find "Usage" or "Current Usage" section
  3. See your usage vs. limits:
Leads: 245 / Unlimited ✅
Trips: 89 / Unlimited ✅
Storage: 12.3 MB / 50 MB (25%) ✅
Team Members: 3 / 5 (60%) ✅

Usage Indicators

  • Green - Well within limits
  • Yellow - Approaching limits (75%+)
  • Red - At or near limit (90%+)
  • Exceeded - Over limit

Regular Monitoring

Check usage:

  • Weekly or monthly
  • Before adding lots of data
  • When planning to grow
  • Before reaching limits

What Happens When You Approach Limits

Warning Notifications

At 75% of limit:

  • Email notification sent
  • Dashboard warning shown
  • Consider upgrading or cleaning up

At 90% of limit:

  • More prominent warnings
  • Upgrade prompts
  • Time-sensitive alerts

At the Limit

When you reach 100%:

  • Cannot create new items (leads, trips)
  • Cannot add more team members
  • Cannot upload more files
  • Existing data still accessible

Exceeding Limits

If you go over:

  • Features may be restricted
  • New items blocked
  • Upgrade required to continue
  • Contact support for help

Managing Limits

Option 1: Clean Up Data

Before upgrading:

  • Delete old/unused leads
  • Remove duplicate entries
  • Archive completed trips
  • Delete unnecessary files
  • Remove inactive team members
